Business Models

  • Consulting services are usually based on a fixed-price arrangement or on a fee-for-service business model.  Another successful model is a fixed price model based on a defined and expected effort level.  The rates are usually adjusted based on factors such as the level of resources involved and the length of the engagemen
  • Connexions services are usually based on a retainer and/or commission basis
  • Equity and royalty type arrangements are possible in either case
